About the role

Atlyz Voice is our AI phone receptionist product. The AI is built. The dashboard is built. The voice engine is built. What's missing is the telecom bridge — and that's where you come in.

We need someone who understands how telephony works in the US and Europe, can help us get verified on Twilio or Telnyx, provision phone numbers, configure SIP trunking, and ensure calls route correctly to our AI engine.

What you'll do

• Help Atlyz complete carrier verification on Twilio, Telnyx, or similar providers
• Set up and provision US/UK/EU phone numbers for client businesses
• Configure SIP trunks and webhook routing to our Flask server
• Ensure STIR/SHAKEN compliance and call quality
• Help us navigate A2P 10DLC and voice compliance requirements
• Document the setup process so we can scale it per client

What we're looking for

• Experience with Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, SignalWire, or similar
• Understanding of SIP, VoIP, and PSTN call routing
• Familiar with webhook-based call control (TwiML or similar)
• Based in or able to verify identity in the US, UK, or EU — or has contacts who can
• Honest and reliable — this is a trust-based role

Nice to have

• Experience with AI voice systems or conversational IVR
• Python or Node.js knowledge for webhook integration
• Experience with telephony compliance and number porting

Compensation

Revenue share on Atlyz Voice clients you help unlock, plus a setup fee per client onboarded. We're early stage — we'll reward the people who help us get there.

About the role

You'll be one of the first engineers at Atlyz. That means real ownership, direct impact, and working closely with the founder. We're building AI products that small businesses actually use and pay for — not demos or experiments.

What you'll do

• Build and improve the Atlyz chatbot engine (Python / Flask)
• Develop the embeddable widget (vanilla JS)
• Work on the owner dashboard (Flask + Jinja2)
• Integrate OpenAI APIs — GPT, Whisper, TTS
• Build the website scraper and knowledge base system
• Deploy and maintain services on Railway

What we're looking for

• Strong Python skills — Flask, APIs, async
• Solid JavaScript — DOM, fetch, WebSockets
• Comfortable with OpenAI API and prompt engineering
• Can ship fast and iterate — we move quickly
• Self-directed — you don't need hand-holding

Compensation

Revenue share + salary as the company grows. Early stage means equity-style upside — you'll be rewarded as Atlyz scales.
