Plain English: Use Atlyz for legitimate business purposes, pay on time, don't abuse the service. We'll keep it running reliably. Either of us can end the agreement with notice.
All legal matters, contractual agreements, transactions, and payments relating to Atlyz are handled by Iftikhar Ali Shah, who acts as the authorized legal representative for Atlyz. All legal notices, billing, and transaction-related matters are managed under his authority.
By accessing or using Atlyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including business owners and their customers who interact with the Atlyz widget.
Atlyz provides AI-powered customer communication tools including an embeddable chat widget, website knowledge scraper, lead capture system, and owner dashboard. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You agree not to use Atlyz to:
Atlyz and all related technology, trademarks, and content are owned by Atlyz. Your business data, customer conversations, and knowledge files remain your property. You grant Atlyz a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlyz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Atlyz operates on a monthly subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period. For disputes or exceptional circumstances, contact billing@atlyz.com.
Atlyz reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features, services, or pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes affecting their current plan. New pricing will not affect active subscriptions until the renewal date following the notice period.
